PAYMENT METHODS
We do NOT have a minimum order amount.
In our online store "Dobrye Semena.ru" payment is made in the following ways:
Cash on delivery (Russian Post, SDEK, Boxberry)
By bank card or electronic money on the website (after payment, a check will be sent to your E-mail)
Issuing an invoice for payment (for legal entities)
CASH ON DELIVERY:
- Payment by cash on delivery is made upon receipt of the parcel (order) at the Russian Post office or at the SDEK, Boxberry pick-up point.
- The cost of delivery is determined by the current tariffs of the delivery service.
- Calculated depending on the remoteness of your region, the amount of the declared value and the weight of the parcel.
The cost of delivery will be calculated when placing an order.
BANK CARD (ELECTRONIC MONEY AND OTHER PAYMENTS):
Only the amount displayed when placing an order is debited from your card, no commission is charged beyond that.
- after placing an order, you will be automatically redirected to the Robokassa website to make a payment.
- you can pay by bank card (MIR, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.);
- electronic money (YuMoney, WebMoney, QIWI wallet, Alfa-click, Tinkoff, Cash).
CASHLESS PAYMENT
If you are a legal entity, send us your details by email admin@dobryesemena.ru, or via messengers to +7 (900) 271-35-28.
We will issue you an invoice for payment. Electronic document management (EDM) is connected with us.
DELIVERY METHODS
RUSSIAN POST
We send orders by "1st Class Parcel" and "Simple Parcels".
We can send both cash on delivery and prepayment on our website (if you can't pay, contact us, we'll solve everything!)
Delivery is paid by the customer (the amount is calculated on the website, in the basket, when placing an order).
We recommend prepayment, as it is the cheapest payment method, cash on delivery is the most expensive, since Russian Post takes an additional percentage (up to 10%) for sending money and for insuring the order.
Sending by "Russian Post" is carried out 1 - 2 times a week.
You can track the parcel on the Russian Post website or on our website at this link.
To do this, enter the 14-digit postal identifier (tracking code), which we will send you by e-mail after sending the parcel. The track will also be displayed in your personal account.
*The company is not responsible for delays in delivery of orders due to the fault of the post office! And also for the safety of the parcel during transportation!

Shipments by the company "SDEK" are carried out 1-2 times a week. Delivery is possible to the PVZ (pickup point of orders) or by courier to the customer's door.

COURIER SERVICE "BOXBERRY"
